Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included
- The product must show no signs of damage, modification, or misuse
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if specified at the time of purchase)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@assaultpacks.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit
- Ship the product to the provided return address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with supporting photos.
